An opportunity has arisen for a fun and friendly Customer Support Advisor to join the Trade Support team of a fast growing and exciting national brand.

S:CRAFT, the leading value added distributor of plantation shutters, has in excess of 400 trade partners, in addition to 22 franchises, selling under our franchise brand, Shuttercraft. Our partners are located throughout the UK.

You will be the first point of contact for our trade partners and you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with them through your daily interactions.

Role:

• Taking calls and processing email enquiries from our trade partners.
• Supporting our trade partners with information about the product, from specification to design and price.
• Processing orders and warranty claims within agreed service level agreement.
• Answering factory queries received by email from our factory in China, then feeding this back to our trade partners.
• Making trade support follow up calls to our trade partners on a regular basis.
• Updating and managing the company’s CRM (database) to ensure we keep track of interactions.
• Assisting the Support Manager with administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Attending company outings, trade partner visits and training sessions from time to time.
